One bedroom available 3 BR / 2BA apartment located a few blocks away from downtown Mountain View and the San Antonio Shopping center. Single female preferred!

We are looking for someone to rent one bedroom in our shared 3 bedroom apartment in Mountain View, which will be available starting Dec 8. The apartment is spacious for 3 people, and the bedroom will be sharing a bathroom with one other roomate (the room will be unfurnished).

The rest of the apartment features a large living room, kitchen, dining area, small balcony and lots of closet space. We are on the second floor of a small complex about halfway between the San Antonio shopping center and downtown Mountain View. There is a laundry facility in the building, and we have one covered and designated parking spot, plus plenty of street parking.

As for us, we are two ladies in our mid/late twenties who work nearby. We are both pretty busy but like to hang out when we can. We've been in the apartment for about a year, and are looking for someone who is friendly, clean, social but not a huge partier, and able to pay rent on time. The landlord does not allow pets or smoking. If you're interested, shoot us an email with some info about yourself, and we can set up a time to meet!

*Walmart, Target, 24 Hour Fitness, Safeway, Kohls, Trader Joes, Milk Pail (Mountain View's staple local and organic grocer), and plenty of restaurants and stores

*Mountain View and San Antonio Caltrain stops are a 10-15 minute walk away

Lease-terms:
*We are ideally looking for someone who is looking to stay at the apartment for at least 6 months.
