This is a rare Topeak bike rack in excellent condition. It has 2 clean, well oiled baskets which fold compactly and stow in the folded position, with the clamps to hold them in place. (Oftentimes, used folding baskets are beat up, rusty, awkward, and frustrating. They won't fold correctly, so they end up being a big hassle if you're trying to go grocery shopping. Not so with this amazing bike rack!

The really cool thing about this rack is the Spring Clamp feature. There is a strong clamp which I demonstrate in the picture. It gives you additional storage space beyond your two baskets. You can stow grocery bags, clothes, folders, long flat items like posters, you name it, this Spring Clamp gives you the power to stow it! Topeak has designed a series of bags that connect with the spring clamp and 2 metal tracks which let you slide in specially shaped equipment. Or you can design or jury rig your own bag to take advantage of additional storage space on top.

I can install this for you for $10, at the bike shop it would cost $106 to get a normal rack with 2 baskets installed, you can't get the extra Spring Clamp feature there, just right here.
