The House:
The town house is 1,560 sq ft, with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, patio, and two car garage. It is located on a hill, east side of highway 580. The house faces east south and it has a view of the bay displaying the south west side. Bedrooms are carpeted, bathrooms titled, and all remaining areas of the house have hardwood floors. Living room has a fire place, and dining area and living room has a view of bay (south west).

The Neighborhood:
It is a peaceful community of 22 town houses, and the road is private. The buildings are well maintained as well as landscapes. 85% of the owners live here, and we keep the community cleaned. Distance to highway 580 is ¼” of a mile, and 1/2 mile to freeway 238. Hayward downtown is located at 3 miles west south, San Leandro downtown 4 miles, and Castro Valley downtown is 2 miles. Bay fair Bart station is located at 2 miles and Castro Valley Bart station at 2.6 miles. It's truly a great place and area!!!

The Room:
The room is 11' width x 14'depth, and there is a private bathroom inside of the room. The bathroom has a shower and a tub. There is a walk in closet 8' width x 4' depth. The bedroom has two windows showing a view of the bay, the south east side.

Utilities: ½ of house utilities (TV cable, internet, trash, PG&E).
Monthly house cleaning services: ½ of cost.

I am a professional (Engineer), gay, who is responsible, organize, clean, enjoys outdoors activities, works out at 24 Hours Fitness, cooks, and enjoys traveling. I am looking to share my town house with a professional (prefer male) who is responsible and has a similar life style and enjoys a warm, relax, and clean environment. Clear communication is important when living with others and keeping up after oneself to maintain a clean and enjoyable home is important.
