One comfortable room in a four-room single-family house is for rent. The house is most conveniently located at 6Y1 Runnymede Street (cross street being University Avenue) and is right at Samtran bus route 281 to Stanford campus (en-route Palo Alto Train Station).

The owners are Stanford alumni and like to share one guest room in their house with Stanford friends. One guest room is now committed. And only one is available.

Rent is negotiable for long-term and tenants will share utilities. Shared utilities is usually USD50 per month or less.

The room is ideal for students. New comer to Stanford is welcome!

The room is furnished and laundry facilities are available. Simple cooking without smoke is okay. A new range (burners and oven) is installed.

The living room has a SONY Big Screen TV.
