• cool in summer, cold in winter :)

• very quite apartment (It's on the first floor, but the person in the second floor is in a highly regular schedule and quite.)

• 10-15 minutes bike distance from Stanford University.
• very very close from El Camino Real & easy access to highway 101
• safe & secure environment

Your potential roommate

• I am generally neat, but not too strict
• I am not sensitive, fairly easy and friendly person to get along with.
• I don't stay home much. Leave house around 8:30am and back around 8pm.
