Room is 10 feet by 10 feet with one bunk bed and a regular closet. Bathroom across the hall is shared with one other similarly-sized room. Female-only possible if 2 females apply together.
House is very nice, large, located in a quiet San Mateo neighborhood, less than 1 mile walk to the Hayward Park Caltrain station. Courtyard with grill and picnic gazebo. Housemates associated with Stanford or working in Palo Alto, making the daily commute. Commute to Palo Alto / Stanford is 30 mins if bike plus Caltrain, 45 mins if walk plus Caltrain, 18 mins by car if not rush hour. Monthly rent includes all utilities, kitchen use, and some free food.
