A group of chilled and sociable people is looking for a new housemate to move in around March 31st. We are 2 guys (Stanford grad, consultant) and 2 girls (working various jobs) around their mid 20's and we live in a beautiful large (4000sft) house in Menlo Park/Atherton area. We have a pretty relaxed atmosphere in the house, hanging out together and cooking.

The House. . .
. . . Large space to accommodate max 5 people. The ground floor includes a huge living room with a fire place, a kitchen (brand new range/oven), and another roommate's bedroom. Next to the kitchen is the garage with a washer and dryer. There is a small front and back yard to relax outside and have plants.

Your room is. . .
. . . A 11' x 14' room on the 2nd floor, large closet and an north facing window that allows a lot of daylight in with interior blinds to keep the sun out when not wanted. You would share a large bathroom with a clean, male, who works as a consultant.

We are looking for. . .
. . . an outgoing person that can respect his/hers surroundings and other people's space. We are trying to keep the house clean and tidy so a fair level of cleanliness would help. We clean up dishes within 24hr and do a general clean up on Sundays (vacuuming etc).

Lease Ends in September 2012 (April --> September: 5 months)
Rent: $710 /month
Utilities: ~$60 per person/month. Usually the total bill is ~$250 (including PG&E, water and internet). It will drop quite a bit though as the weather gets warmer. . .
Move in cost: $710 (first month) + $710 (last month) + $400 (security deposit) = $1820.
