We are Stanford graduates, grad students, and undergrad students for the summer living in a house off of Page Mill. We ourselves recently moved in and have 1 large room available for rent. House in total has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. You would be supplied w a full size bed, closet/storage, shelving, lamp.

GREAT location: across the st from Safeway, CVS, Walgreens, 3 cafes, 2 Mexican food restaurants, community garden, UPS store, ClassPass studio, Chinese food restaurant, 7Eleven, eye health store, more doctors, hardware store, Bank of America, Wells Fargo ATM. 10min walk away is dry cleaning, laundromat, another cafe, and Philz.

Dates: NOW to July 24 OR NOW to Sept 10. We can also negotiate dates as needed.
Rate is 900$ / month (shared) or 1800$ / month (single). Prorated that means:

Staying until July 24: 720$ for a shared room, or 1440$ for a single.
Staying until Sept 10: 2100$ for a shared room, 4200$ for a single.

Utilities are approx 50$ / month on top of rent.

Washer on premise and free (dryer = clothes line in backyard), wifi, large TV with XBox and Wii, fully equipped kitchen, ample storage space, free parking everywhere including a garage. Backyard has a plum tree that's currently going crazy.

No smoking indoors. No pets. Neighborhood is suburban, so while we love to party (Mario party?) it happens to quiet down around 10pm on weekdays.
