We are looking for a fabulous female roommate to join our 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story household.

• One large master-like bedroom (with very large long closet) in a 4-bedroom 2-level apartment (bedrooms on 2nd floor with living and kitchen below); shared bathroom (with shower & tub) with one other female; nice room with new carpets and paint, wonderful community.

About the location
• The nearest major intersection is San Antonio Rd. and California St., a 15-minute walk to San Antonio Cal Train. Conveniently located near Trader Joe's, the Milk Pail, Safeway, San Antonio Shopping Plaza, Whole Foods.

About the roommates
• (All women) two graduate students, and one working professional, all late twenties, early thirties. Roommates are very respectful of one another, and clean. Sorry no pets, smoking, drugs, and only social drinkers preferred. Roommates enjoy having community dinners, exercising, school, etc...

About the property
• Access to a solar-heated (in summer) swimming pool, lush green open spaces and peaceful areas, community garden and composting (you get the idea). There is almost a retreat-like feel here. Residents are very kind, good-hearted and respectful (seeking same!).
