We're looking for a roommate for just TWO WEEKS for our lovely Edwardian flat (built in 1904) in the Lower Haight move-in June 1. Our next roommate will not be moving in until June 16th (flexible) so would like to cover until then.

The apartment:

• Amazing location near Steiner and Oak, super central, 2 blocks from the 6, 7 and 22. Six minute walk to the N and J on Church and Duboce.
• IN-UNIT washer/dryer
• Original hardwood floors and Edwardian details
• 1.75 bathrooms (One full bath, one half bath and two roommates share a sink between their rooms)
• The house currently has three bedrooms, one shared dining/living room and a kitchen.

The room:

• Has its own closet, a window, and as mentioned above, a sink that is shared between the rooms with the roomie next door. The room is on the small/moderate size - it's about 10x12.

Cost:

• The rent including utilities (electricity/gas/water/Internet/twice a month amazing house cleaner) and all house products (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc) is $750 for the TWO WEEKS June 1-16.

About the roommates:

• One female roommate originally from New Orleans, works in data science, gay, 32, has lived in the apt and SF for 7 years. She pays extra to have her own living room attached to her bedroom. Loves her cat, Hamilton, and San Francisco history.

• One female roommate, originally from SoCal but also in the city 7 years, 31 straight-ish, lawyer for a startup, has been living in the apt for 3 years. Her dream of DJing parties has recently become a reality.

What we're looking for:

• MUST LOVE CATS :) We have one sweet cat here and would love someone that really enjoys living with animals, not just someone that tolerates them. She's one of those dog-like cats that loves to be around people.

• Room is fully furnished with a really nice bed, desk, and bookshelf
• June 1 move-in date
