We are looking for quiet, responsible housemates to live together with in our lovely and very large house. There are beds in the separated common area (behind curtains and wall dividers) for $750/month and rooms shared between 2 people for $900/month, with separate rooms for males and females. Housemates tend to be a mix of students, young working professionals, and travelers.

Kitchen with washing machine, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc.
Pool outside! Not working at the moment but we hope to fix that soon.
