We are renting out our living room in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Palo Alto about 5 min/2 mile away from the Stanford campus. The room is 15 ft x 15 ft and it will be furnished with new decorations when you move in. The apartment contains a shared bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. There is free street parking.
