A furnished shared bedroom available for the rent in Palo Alto from June 11th onward. Both short- and long-term are welcomed. Current Stanford affiliates and/or recent grads preferred.

This place is perfect for on the go, busy undergraduate/graduate student who wants a affordable, clean and quite place to stay, with light cooking. You will need to share the bedroom with a masters student who is working on start up in bay area.

Mattress, bed table, personal refrigerator, microwave, storage room etc. are provided. The rent will be $30/day (or $750/month which includes all paid utilities) + small charges for internet and consumables.

Coin operated on-site laundry, central heating, high speed internet, gated community with swimming pool and 24 hrs security.

Bike able distance ~2 mile from Palo Alto cal train station and Stanford university main quad.

Free shuttle service to Palo Alto cal train station and Stanford University.
