I'm a grad student looking for a shared apartment or house within the range of $700-800/mo (utilities included, $800 max) in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, or Redwood City. I prefer to live with one or two other roommates but willing to make an exception, especially if it's with other grad students/international students/Stanford affiliates.
Biking/walking distance or walking distance to Caltrain necessary/ Desired move-in date Aug 15 or before Sept/ Laundry and wireless access.
