We're a young student couple living in a cozy house near Downtown Palo Alto (441 Addison Ave.). We have a spare room, available immediately until early August, with a possibility of renewal after that.

We would prefer a female occupant, and we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible (preferably in May).

The house has hardwood floors with free laundry, and is located in a beautiful neighborhood, minutes away from downtown.

The rent does not include utilities (which should be about 30$ per month) and internet (another 12.5$)
