Hello~ We are a young Asian couple in our 20s looking for someone to occupy the larger bedroom in our 2bdrm/1ba apartment beginning August. One of us is a graduate student at Stanford while the other is currently on break. We are a bit shy and kept to ourselves, but still friendly. We're clean in general, but in terms of organization, we're not at all OCD. The apartment itself is a bit old, but clean on the inside.

You would be occupying the larger of the two bedrooms. It has a walk in closet. It's about 10x16ft not including the closet. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the room now since it is occupied, but if you want to come by, we can definitely show you then. We don’t use the living room much (since we’ve no TV or couch), but by all means, use it if you’d like! We also have two extra closets throughout the apartment for which you will get half the space.

***Security deposit: $525
This will be refunded to you if the room is kept in good condition and if you didn’t cause any damage to the communal areas.

***Rent + Utilities: ~$50, depending on the season.
Water is included in the rent. Utilities (electricity, internet) are separate.

***Extra Info on the Apartment/Lease:
One parking spot is included.
You would be officially added onto the lease. We are looking for someone for at least one year, but two years is also an option (since we'll be here for two more years.)
There is a pool and a small laundry room within the apartment complex. Our neighbors include working professionals, as well as a small family (with young children and babies) right below us. The complex is quiet overall, and because of this, we are looking for someone who is quiet and considerate.

***Location:
Great location! We're located off W. Middlefield Rd and Rengstorff Ave. There is a small grocery store right across the street from us. Costco, Safeway, San Antonio Shopping Center, and Downtown Mountain View are close by, with easy access to Highway 101. We’re also not too far from Stanford. (It's about 6 miles, ~20 minutes drive.)
