One bedroom is available in a 5 bed, 2 bath house! Located a block away from Embarcadero & Hwy 101, it is a short 10 minute drive from Stanford, or a 20 minute bike ride. It is in a quiet, nice neighborhood with mostly single family homes.

• There is a huge big screen TV and 3 couches in the living room
• Full size pool table in the dining room
• Swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill are all out in the backyard
• 3-Car driveway with plenty of open, unrestricted, street parking
• Lots of storage space
• A maid comes and cleans the common areas every other week
• Utilities are typically $80-120 per person (this covers all non-rent expenses)

Roommates include recent Stanford grads, tech workers, and someone who works at the Stanford hospital. Everyone is super laid back and chill.
