2). Total 5 person live in the 1500 square feet house(5 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms). Share 1.5 bathrooms with other three (one new graduates girl working in biotech company, another girl work in VA hospital as a radiologist,another Stanford EE Ph.D. male student). There are washer and dryer in the house and you can park your car in the drive way.
3). It has a beautiful garden in front and backyard. There are ten fruit trees----apple,avocado,lemon, loguat, orange, peach, pear, persimmon, plum and four kinds of grapes.
4). The house is located in 13xx Henderson Ave, Menlo Park. Just next to Facebook headquarter. 3 miles to Stanford and 2.5 miles to Palo Alto ,Menlo Park downtown, five mile to Mountain View and Redwood city. In the middle of San Francisco and San Jose. Easy to freeway 101 and 84. You can go Stanford University, Palo Alto transit center by public bus #281, #297, #397 from nearby my house every 15 minutes.
5). It will be available from July1st.2015. The rent is $800. Security deposit is $800. Share Utilities and Comcast cable and internet($50-80/month/person).
