I have just leased a spacious 2 bedrooms apartment (900 square feet) in a garden style beautiful apartment complex community. I am looking for a roommate to share this lovely apartment. Apartment is ready for move in on April 1st. However, move in date is negotiable.

This apartment is on the second floor and has a nice size front Balcony! The apartment is located in the center of Silicon Valley on the Sunnyvale/Mountain View border, less than 2 miles from highway 85 and 1 mile from El Camino Real. The location allows convenient access to highway 237, 101, and central expressway. The community has lots of parking spots and with facilities like pool, hot tub, laundry room, and fitness center.

Rent for the main bedroom is $900;
For the smaller bedroom (loft) is $800
I am open to options for which bedroom you would like to take.

Water, gas and garbage bills are included in rent. Electricity and internet will be shared between two of us. I got AT&T Internet set up already.

The main bedroom is spacious (14’x13’) and with a plenty of storage space with beautiful wall-to-wall closets. The second bedroom is a smaller one (12’x11’) on the loft.

I am a male Chinese in late 20’s and a working professional in software industry. I am a clean, neat, friendly, respectful and reliable person.
