2 Bedroom, 1 Bath

Looking for a male roommate.

In the heart of Menlo Park - next to Santa Cruz Ave, the Safeway, the Menlo Caltrain station. It's also within biking distance of Palo Alto and Stanford campus. Aaaand the neighborhood is super nice. The further down Glenwood Ave you travel, the bigger the houses get. In fact they stop being houses and turn into mansions. So yeah, we live by the 1%.

One roommate is a designer at Google and the guy in the single is going back to school on the East Coast. The room isn't HUGE but as you'll see in the photos it's been used as a double before. But again, only looking for a single tenant.

Room is open for two weeks (8/15 - 8/31) but all the current tenants are clearing out so if you're willing to take on the lease it COULD be longer. The google designer is getting married. I've personally found a spot in SF and, as mentioned, the guy in the single is moving out.

Downside: We live next to the train - for some it's only a slight nuisance for others it's a complete dealbreaker, depends on the individual.
