We are looking to fill a well-furnished 1 bedroom for rent in a modern, sleek townhouse in the Cahill Park community, right next to downtown San Jose. This home has a beautiful park view, large living room, and a huge kitchen with plenty of storage space! It is also in a prime location:

• Right next to San Jose Caltrain and light rail station
• Within 5 minutes walking distance to Whole Foods, Chipotle, CVS, and other places on the Alameda
• 5 min walking distance to the HP Pavilion
• Nearby: SJSU and downtown San Jose

The room is fully furnished with a full sized bed, large desk, and chair. The closet is also huge! Bathroom is shared with one other person. In-unit washer and dryer for convenience.

We are two young professionals (male) in our mid-20's. We like to keep the place tidy, but are generally pretty easy-going. We love to chill and hang out.

Looking for a responsible third roommate, preferably someone with similar interests. Young working professionals and students are preferred. Sorry, no couples or pets please. Also, smoking is prohibited in the complex.
