Hey Everybody,

We are looking for a 4th roommate in our house in EPA, just off of University Ave. The room is available for rent from Oct 1st. The house (4 bedroom/3 bath) is renovated bottom-up with new tile and hardwood floor, new bathroom and kitchen one and half year ago. The room is on the smaller end, but comfortable: it can fit a twin bed (full if you're ambitious), a small dresser, and a desk.

We are two women, one man, all in our mid-20s, one of us is getting a PhD, the other two working professionals. Looking for a housemate who is clean, mature, and who we all get along with!

No smoke, no pets, etc.
