I will be renting out my Menlo Park room for the months of June and July. June 1st to July 31st is the sublet term. The room is a finished garage in the wing of a quaint Menlo home.

The price will be $850/mo. + ~$50/mo. in Utilities. Given that it's technically a garage, it's probably on the cheaper side of rooms in the area. It'll be unfurnished (unless you would like purchase my furnishings). The room is approx. 14' x 10'. It's spacious, and doesn't get too hot during the summer due to it's positioning on the house and shading.

It is on Stanford Avenue in Menlo Park, putting the room very close to school. I've got 4 roommates (all male) who have all been great guys to live with--3 of them will be staying through the summer months. There's a full kitchen (all new appliances), shared bathroom, living room with cable, yard, washer/dryer, the works. It's a house.
