About the space : The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 shared upstairs bathrooms. We have been leaving here for one year and we are looking to replace two of our roomates who are leaving at the end of November.

• Rooms are unfurnished but Ikea is only 10 min away ;) and there might be a possibility to get some of the furnitures from the current roomates.
• Huge back yard, BBQ possibility. Plenty of parking on the driveway and nearby.
• Laundry in the house
• Rent does not include utilities, Cable, Garbage, PG&E , Comcast and Water (approx. $60/month).

A bit about us:

• Guido (32) is a postdoc in Computer Science at Stanford. He loves making BBQ and play soccer
• Manon (27) works at Nestle in Menlo Park. She loves baking, reading and dancing

About the location: Good location in a quiet and safe family neighborhood within 2 miles of Stanford University.
