I am moving out of this place and I am looking for somebody (male preferred) to take over my lease till June 15, 2009. You can continue to live here after then if you are willing to sign one-year lease with the landlord in June.

Security deposite is $850, which is of course fully refundable if you take good care of the place(clean and no damage). Rent does not include utilities, which runs around $20-30/person/month.

Roommate would be a male Stanford graduate student.

Available from April 15 till June 15. Move-in date may be a bit earlier (will find out in next few days).
