i'm moving off campus for spring quarter and need my room in rains filled. it's 4 BR, 2 bath, with 3 other guys currently living in it.

since the university bills me the rent for the entire quarter up-front, i would need the total of $2430 up-front so that i'm covered when i have to pay my bill.
