I am subletting a room in a 3 bed, 2 bath house in downtown San Jose.
The house is biking distance (< 3miles) from SJSU and San Jose Caltrain.
The two other guys who live in the house are graduate students.
I would prefer to rent to a student or an employed young person.
The lease starts on October 1st and runs until the end of June 2016.
