OK here's the deal --

My son has gone to college and my greedy property owners have decided to increase my rent by over 45% within 1/2 year. $1395 to $3000 - really???? If anyone is willing to hang out from March 1 - May 30 - That would be terrific! - You'd get the private room and I'd have the nice sectional in the family room. I don't have parties - I'm usually too wiped out for that.
