The room for rent is in a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom new house in Bayport Alameda. The house is very big with 2,800 square feet and is only five minutes away by car from Alameda's ferry terminal. It takes about 20 mins by ferry to get to San Francisco Ferry Building and you enjoy a nice commute with free parking. You can also get to the city by taking the transbay bus (bus stop is 5 mins away) or the BART.

The room available is on the 2nd floor of the house and has a balcony over looking a park. You will share the bathroom with another roommate, but you'll have your own private sink area. Other additions include a walk-in closet, in-house laundry, free parking and shared kitchen, living room and a nice garden for barbecue.

The monthly rent is $900 per month plus deposit. The roommates share the utilities. Current Roommates are 1 male and 2 female working professionals.

The room is available on July 1, but July 15 is also an acceptable date.
