Hi! We’re excited that you chose to consider our house as your next place of residence! (Myndi here, one of the house mates leaving but have been here for 5 years so I have a lot of insight) So here’s a little information about the home: it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we have a washer and dryer, all of the normal things you find in a kitchen, a backyard with potential (we’ve thrown some successful holiday parties there with ladder toss and mini bbq’s)

There are two rooms open for rent. We are on a month to month lease but are looking for someone who would be staying for 6+ months. A little bit about your future housemates: Raul got his master’s degree at Stanford and is working in San Jose, and Ed is a fellow at Stanford Hospital. They are both really chill (I’ve lived here for 6 years and have seen a lot of housemates come and go and I can tell you these two are SUPER easy to live with).

A little about the house—it has some character. It’s not the new construction but has all the amenities and is in a great location.

Rent is $1000 for the room I am currently in and $900 for the other bedroom because the floor is a little wonky and you may have to prop up one side of your furniture to make it feel more even (not that hard really and it’s the master bedroom). Both available rooms share a bathroom. There is plenty of storage around the house and in the attic. It is pet friendly as long as the current occupants are okay with your pet. The room I am leaving actually has a small dog/cat door installed for easy access in and out. This can also be covered no problem.

Sorry we do not have photos, the current roommates are moving out and the rooms are fulll of boxes! But you are welcome to come by and check it/them out!
