Looking for an awesome 5th roommate for a sublet in Menlo Park, starting June 1st and going till the end of our lease July 1st. Our lease is up for renewal so there might be potential for you to stay longer. Our 5th roommate is sadly leaving for NYC to go work on a crazy startup. We know, it doesn't make any sense to us either ... House is close to 101, 20 minutes biking/10 minutes driving from campus.

We're 4 good friends sharing a house, all met during Stanford grad school and some of us have been friends since high school. We all work in the area/SF. The house is our home -- we generally share food and most household expenses, hang out often, make dinner, play PS4, play ping-pong, hang out on our patio and grill, make use of our fire-pit etc -- looking for someone who wants to be friends with the people s/he lives with! :)

Aside from that we're clean and respectful and looking for the same.

The room for rent is a large converted garage with an attached room and walk in closet -- currently set up as a big bedroom in the garage plus a study but can be set up however you like. It's completely furnished with a bed, couches, carpets, desk/shelves, awesome original Jack Daniels' barrel from the distillery in Tennesee etc. Bathroom is shared with 3 other people. The house is on a huge 12,000 square foot plot, we have apple, pear, peach, plum, orange, and lime trees in the backyard, a garage with a ping pong table, and tons of space for storage.
