My place is conveniently located near many grocery stores (I walk to do my grocery shopping) and many large tech companies. It is a private room in 2BD/1BA apartment near El Camino Real and Lawrence Expressway.

-$900 includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet)
-One parking space available for you in the apartment garage.
-Month to month rent available
-The room is furnished with a single bed (but no mattress), closet, and desk.
-Shared living room, kitchen & dining room.
-The apartment has a small vegetable garden (I love growing plants!)

-Less than 5 minute walking distance to many grocery stores (Lucky, Indian, Korean, and Chinese grocery stores)

-5-8 minute biking distance from Caltrain station

I am a recent Stanford graduate (class of 2013) currently working at Stanford University. I bike and use Caltrain to go Stanford every day. I am friendly, sociable, and considerate. My hobbies include biking, growing plants, and traveling. On a typical weekend, I usually go out on a trip with my friends.
