The house was built in 2000 and has 4 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms, located in Santa Clara in a beautiful neighborhood. You will share common spaces with 3 respectful and clean roommates, 2 gals and 1 guy, all early career professionals. The house is close to 101, 880, 237, Lawrence Expressway, and Montague Expressway. Our kitchen comes with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher. The in-unit washer and dryer are located in the garage, which fits 2 compact cars. Street parking is easy because we are surrounded by residential areas. Safe neighborhood.
