Hi, I'm looking for a good person to share a two bedroom, two bathroom house in Mountain View. You get the 11x13, unfurnished master bedroom upstairs and the upstairs bathroom to yourself, as I use the smaller bedroom & downstairs bathroom next to an office/converted garage space.

The house is pleasantly furnished, but there is still plenty of room and storage space. If you visit, you'll see that this is a quiet and safe neighborhood with Castro Street and San Antonio shopping center nearby. This is a great location for Stanford students and Palo Alto/Mtn View transplants. The neighbors are good friends and the location is great for quick access to Stanford, 101, 85, and Central Expressway. The yard is fenced, perfect if you have a dog, and the back brick patio area is very private, full of plants and birds love the 3-tier fountain in the corner. The kitchen is very spacious with lots of storage. The dining room is also spacious, but seldom used. With all the extra room and the comforts of a house, living here is so much better than living in an apartment.

A bit about me: male, late 30s, professional in marketing, and my current housemate is moving out beginning of March, so I want to find someone to move in sometime soon. Rent is $945 per month with a $900 deposit; utilities are extra & reasonable. If you want to share the phone line, the DSL or a cable TV connection, we can make arrangements.
