One of our roommates is moving to San Francisco. So we are looking for a new tenant to fill in our 3-bedroom-1-livingroom house.

House:
Ground floor unit within walking distance of Caltrain, Castro Ave and etc. Unit has furnished common area, storage, carport, kitchen and a little garden.

Roommates:
-S. (f, 20s): recent Cal graduate working in consulting;
-O. (m, 20s): ex-Stanford grad student, currently working on his 3D printing startup. Interested in strategy/board games.

Room:
Standard room with large closet, window and etc. Utilities not included.

Prefer someone who is willing to sign a 1 year lease and fits in with the existing tenants.
