It's a converted space with "wood" floors, lots of windows, a fenced in backyard with a fire pit/outdoor fun stuff. The building was recently renovated so all appliances, flooring, painting, etc is brand new. Two entries with rooms on opposite sides of the apartment. Larger room available.

Rent would be $950 a month plus half of the utilities. Water and gas are included in rent; additional utilities would be internet and electric.

$50/month for internet (includes home security) and roughly $30/month for PG&E.

Totaling $1030/month.
Flexible on move-in date; primarily looking for the right roommate who is open to sharing the commute via carpooling; carpool to and from Stanford-- Let me know!
