Looking for someone to take my room for the six weeks I will be out of state from Sunday July 2 to Saturday August 13. I'm looking to sublet the room for $950 a month (INCLUDING utilities), which works out to $1425 for the entire six weeks.

The room is about 180 sq. feet and will come furnished with a queen bed, lights, and a large desk with two HDMI-compatible monitors that you're free to use. There's a slide-in closet that's pretty spacious and I'll try to put all my clothes in a suitcase so you're free to use it.

I'm an economics research assistant at Stanford and the other guys are a postdoc at Stanford chemical engineering, a visiting master's student at Stanford mechanical engineering, and an intern at Google. We're aged 24-27 and international; we're all guys but we've had female roommates in the past. We're pretty easygoing about house rules other than general courtesy noise-wise on weeknights.

• Address is at Hunter Street in East Palo Alto (close to the 101, IKEA, Facebook)
• About 25 min by bike / 15-25 min (depending on traffic) by car to Stanford. We've biked it almost every day for the past two years and it's a pretty flat and easy ride with bike lanes almost the whole way (University Ave)
• Palo Alto is the nearest Caltrain station (so pretty much the same distance)
• House was completely renovated right before we moved in in late 2015.
• Kitchen with garbage disposal, gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave
• Living room with TV, large sofa, and dining table
• Hardwood floors
• Washer/dryer on the back porch
• Parking space in front of the house. Plenty of space and only one of us drives. No issues with vandalism in 1.5 years living here.
• Pretty large backyard (that we underutilize) with several trees
