New and modern carpeted room approximately 425 s.f. Airy and bright with a skylight. Partially furnished. One small walk-in closet. NO KITCHEN but has wet bar, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, water filter, and toaster. Parking on the driveway.

Rent includes high speed internet and basic cable.

Utility (gas, electricity and water only) - roughly $50 in the summer and $80 in the winter.

$25 application fee for a 3rd party credit check. Per Craigslist??????s advice, we only rent it to people who can personally come in to view the room.
