1. It is located at 13XX Henderson Ave, Menlo Park. just nearby Facebook headquarter. Easy to access Freeway101. Just in the middle of San Francisco and San Jose. 3 miles to downtown Menlo Park, downtown Palo Alto and Stanford University. 6 miles to Redwood city and Mountain View. There are public buses #281, #297, #397, DB1 nearby to Palo Alto Transit Center on front of Stanford University( can change to free Stanford Shuttle, Cal-train, VTA & Sam Trans Buses etc.)

2. It will be ready to move in on July 22nd, 2023. Rent is $950/month . Share utilities and internet (about $100/person/month). $950 security deposit.
