Looking for an August subletter or a longer-term roommate that could move in in either August or September!

Hello - we are looking for a fifth roommate to share our beautiful, old-time charming Palo Alto home. We're just about 1/2 a mile walking from California Avenue, and a 15-20 minute bike ride to campus. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful backyard with an veranda perfect for the working/studying/hanging out and drinking coffee. We're a block away from a neighborhood park with a basketball court and field, and we have a hot tub.

About us: We're all in our mid 20s, working or studying in the area. We also have an adorable 2.5 yo Australian Cattle Dog. We keep a vegetarian/kosher kitchen, enjoy cooking together, watching Scandal and Game of Thrones, sports, going to the Nut House, and anything that gets us outdoors - picnics, hiking, camping, softball, etc. We do have a lot of friends over for programs that we host in our home.

About the room: It's about 10x12, and gets some morning sun (although if that's not your thing, you can close the blinds). You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate (female, neat), and all of our guests...
