We have a private room for sublet in amazing house 5min away from campus and 1min away from Trader Joe's and a lot of other stores in Town and Country (walking or biking!). The room is on the second floor, has a great size, large windows and comes fully furnished. It shares a bathroom with three other rooms on the second floor. We have a big kitchen where you can cook and eat together with roommates or friends.

The house is shared with a great crowd of Stanford students and recent alumni from the US, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, and India. We're in our 20s-early 30s.

Available from December 20th till January 31.
The rent is $300 for December and $950 for January and includes all utilities, internet, and washer and dryer.
