I'm moving in with friends in Mountain View in order to be closer to work and would like to sublet the last month of my lease on my room in a Sharon Heights area apartment from early September through September 30th (start date negotiable). You will have the option to re-sign at the end of September with the current roommates. The room is the master suite in a 3BR apartment. It is an unfurnished large master suite with a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom in-room. The apartment itself is generously sized and has two patios, a big screen tv, dishwasher, and in-unit laundry .

The complex is down the block from the Sharon Heights Safeway, and an easy 5 min ride to campus or a quick hop on the SLAC Marguerite shuttle. Your roommates are both Stanford affiliates--one a PhD student, the other a grad working in a startup. Both are very respectful and easy to live with. The complex is well-maintained and quiet with an excellent pool and plentiful uncovered parking.

Rent is very reasonably priced at $950/month, plus approximately $50/month including basic cable and internet. Rent for the new lease is not guaranteed, but has been held steady by the management company in past years.
