I have a sublet opening in our lovely 2 story house in Palo Alto from the 15th of January! Minimum staying till July. New lease will after July

Rent is $955 plus utilities and internet (average $40-$50) if you commit to stay till July. Otherwise it is $1100. We are showing the room tomorrow (Monday) and will make a decision the same day!
I am asking for $805 deposit to secure the room plus non refundable deposit for furniture and guarantee of staying till July (it is already included in rent price).

The house is shared with a group of lovely people from US and Europe. They are Stanford grad students and professionals, all in mid 20-30s.

The house is close to Stanford University, California Avenue, Caltrain station, Downtown Palo Alto. Great location! Garage and private parking are available.

The room comes furnished: with bed, lamps, towels and walk-in closet.

House amenities: large garden, laundry room, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room with huge tv!
