We are two Stanford alumni with a room available to rent beginning in August. This room is on the first floor by itself with its own private entrance, as if it were a separate apartment unit. Here are the details:

-$975/month, plus one month deposit
-Utilities, internet, and monthly professional cleaning service included!
-One bedroom with a full bath, ADA accessible (it's big!)
-Private entrance (your own, separate front door) and access to patio
-Optionally furnished with a twin bed if you need a bed...
-Room also includes a refrigerator for your private use
-Access to washer and dryer in the main part of the house
-Easy parking literally right next to the house
-BRAND NEW (two years old) townhome with granite countertops!
-No fixed lease required, just give us a one month heads up and you can leave
whenever works for you.

Location: We are right off of Central Expressway at Fair Oaks, easy access to the 101 and biking distance to the Caltrain! 20 minutes to Stanford, 5 minutes to Costco, 10 minutes to SJC!
