Close to Stanford University and Palo Alto Main Library. One mile to highway 101. Beautiful tree-lined street off Embarcadero Road and Walnut Drive. Very quiet, private and safe.

New and modern carpeted room approximately 425 s.f. Airy and bright with a skylight. Partially furnished with bed, TV, desk, sofa, chair and armoire. One small walk-in closet. NO KITCHEN but has wet bar, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, water filter, and toaster. Can be unfurnished. Parking on the driveway.

Rent includes high speed internet, basic cable and maid service every other week.

Utility (gas, electricity and water only) - less than $50 in the summer and $80 in the winter.

$25 application fee for a 3rd party credit check. Per Craigslist??????s advice, we only rent it to people who can personally come in to view the room.
