Home is 5,000 sq ft, with multiple social areas on each level, wrap around patio/deck in the back, and brand new kitchen appliances. Located in a safe and exclusive area just 10-12 minute drive from campus. For those that bike, the place is within biking distance, and carpools are certainly a possibility.
