Hi there. We are a couple looking for one or two compatible roommate(s) interested in shearing a space in our great 3-bedroom flat located in the heart of the Mission. The rooms will be available immediately.

THE DETAILS:

Two bedrooms available (9'x12') with closets and big windows. Each $850.

Also UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. Water. Trash. Gas. Electric. That means that if this crap weather never gets warmer, we can turn on the heat and actually not worry about how much it will cost us.

The Yard
Yes, it has a yard. A shared one with the flat upstairs. It's a good size with lots of trees and shade. It will be great when the weather warms up.

The Location
Be the envy of all your friends as you stroll about a half a block to 16th & Valencia restaurants and bars. It's secluded enough that it is really quiet for the neighborhood.

The ambiance
So the previous tenant had some sort of whittling fixation or something, because there's lots of wood in the place. Shelves, walls, it really doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason. But if you like the idea of living in a half-baked pseudo-chalet that slightly resembles a cuckoo clock, this is the place for you.

Also (addendum)
There is one bathroom. It is a split bathroom (toilet and shower in separate rooms, which helps). There is a coin-op washer and dryer. So yes, you have to pay. But it's on-site Shared with upstairs flat). Which is nice.

She is a 33 years old. Born in Mexico. Currently working as a postdoctoral research fellow at Stanford University. Her hobbies include cooking and jogging.

He is a 37 years old. Born in Mexico. Computer programmer, who is currently on disability. He keeps himself busy by walking princess Leia (read below), reading and camping.

About Our Dog - Princess Leia

She is an Australian cattle dog mix. This sweet smart and badass-looking dog, absolutely adores people and loves to be the center of attention. As other dogs, Princess Leia needs rules to know what is acceptable behavior and what is not. We hope you can help us reinforce her good manners (no people food please!). Sadly, princess Leia can not live with other dogs or cats, she gets a little possessive when other animals are in "her kingdom".

About You
First and foremost, you are responsible. You pay your rent on time, every time. You communicate in healthy ways. You pick up after yourself. You try to be considerate. We don't care about your sexual preference, but if you're too right wing, we might have a problem. Hopefully you do not smoke. No drugs please. Also, if you're looking for a short term rental, please do not respond. We are looking to create a situation that is fairly stable.
