We are looking for a housemate for our 3b1b apartment near Menlo Park downtown. Here are some details:
1)    One bedroom in a 3b1b apartment in Menlo Park.
2)    It is located near Menlo Park downtown and it is a pretty safe area that you can still go out at night. You can walk to Trader Joe's (4 min), Safeway (9 min), Caltrain station (10 min) and downtown (4 min).
3)    The biking distance to Stanford is around 8 minutes, so it is easy to commute to school without a car.
4)    The room contains all the essential furniture (desk, chair, but you need to buy a bed/ Mattress for yourself).
5)    The street parking is available. You may need to buy permission for overnight street parking.
6)    You need to share the bathroom and kitchen with 2 males.
7)    We have a washer in unit, and you also can use the coin-based dryer and washer on-site if you need.
8)    Both of your housemates are working at Stanford University.
9)    Price: $1100/month+ utilities (electricity, gas, and internet).
10)   Deposit: $1100.
11)   Want a person who is clean, light cook, no pet, no smoke, respects people, is quiet after 11 p.m., and is willing to maintain the clearance of the common area.
12)   Start date and end date: 2023 November 15, Priority given to a one-year lease, can be flexible after discussion.
