A private room to rent in a 2B1B apartment close to campus (starting from 8th Nov)

This is a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom house and only 15 mins bike from campus. It is also 1 mile to California Ave Station and close to stop of Bus 22 which takes 10 mins ride to palo alto bus station. I do not drive so the reserved covered parking is free for you to use.
Looking for a roommate to share the place. How to split rent for two bedrooms is neogotiable. I currently stayed in the slightly larger bedroom. The other room will be available starting from 8th of Nov. Open to a large time window (entire November but the sooner the better). Many furnitures and appliances are available: a couch (can convert to a bed), a large TV, a nintendo switch 2 (happy to share), a foldable table, a coffee table, a mini-fridge (in addition to the major large fridge), Wifi router, air fryer, rice cooker, instant pot, microwave, many kitchen wares (pots, pans, dutch ovens, woks, cups, utensils etc). We'll split the utility (electricity, gas and sewage) and internet fee (Xfinity).

The neighborhood is very quiet especially at nights. To stay honest, this apartment is close to Caltrain track so there will be train horns especially from freight trains in the early night (irregular, usually before 1 pm). The house is carpeted and to large extent insulated. But be aware of possible train noises if you are sensitive sleepers.

About me:

A male postdoc working on campus. Plan to stay for more than 1 year.
I like cooking and sharing food with my friends.
I like animals and cats are highly welcomed. Can volunteer to take care of your pets when you are on vacation. (plants as well)
Can stay quiet if you want to stay unbothered or focus on your work. Happy to hang out or eat out. Feel free to host dinner or game nights with your friends in the house. (Overnight party not welcome though). Welcome to host friends in to stay overnight but a long-term stay should be informed to and agreed by each other.

I am a very flexible and easygoing person, just let me know your boundary and preferred lifestyle!
