About the Room
The bedroom is a standard size room that's about 11 x 14'ish feet. Wooden floors and track lighting.
Rent Fees
Rent - $1,275
Maid service - approximately $40 every 3 months, i.e., $13 / mo.
Utilities - $85 fixed fee
About the House
This is a townhouse and is fairly spacious, which includes a washer and dryer, new'ish hardwood floors, and a large kitchen. Spacious backyard with a grill for BBQ, deck and plenty of space for growing a little garden, if desired.
Location
About the Housemates
Phil is in his mid-30's and is a product designer specializing in User Experience. He likes good, healthy living and tends to stay active with a mix of running, yoga or hiking. He also likes to explore his creative, nutritional side and make fresh smoothies.
Our other housemate is in her mid-20's, a front end developer, and a super amazing illustrator. She also makes a delicious blueberry pie.
We are friendly and like to do things together from time to time.
Communal Values at the House
We like to keep the house neat and clean. We hope you are clean by preference as well, not just because they're house shared priorities.
We have a maid that will do the thorough one-time per season cleaning, but we want to find a roommate who shares the same values for keeping things neat and livable. That means not leaving dirty dishes in the sink or garbage piling up as well as keeping the bathroom clean. If you share this common house courtesy, this will be great to know.
